The Schluger-Ammons Study Club (SASC) is a non profit organization founded by and composed of graduates of the periodontal residency program at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.
The Schluger Study Club was founded in the 1971 as Saul Schluger Study Club.
The name was changed to Schluger-Ammons Study Club in 2006, as requested by several members, honoring Bill Ammons.
The mission of the SASC is to promote continuing education for the membership, to provide a forum for professional and social camaraderie of the membership, and to provide support for the periodontal residency program at the University of ‘Washington.
The Board is composed exclusively of Active Members and is responsible for events, directions and activities of the Study Club
